Friday Session-Based
Tai Chi/Qigong for Health & Wellness (6:00-7:00pm)
The class is taught by experienced instructor, Shifu Billy Greer, who teaches tai chi/qigong throughout Anne Arundel County and trains with top tai chi masters from around the world.
Tai Chi improves: immune system function, blood pressure, blood sugar, mood, arthritis pain, balance, bone density, strength. flexibility, and more. For additional information about tai chi, go to http://www.jingying.org/TaiChi.htm
You can make up classes by attending any of Jing Ying's "Tai Chi for Health & Wellness" or "Tai Chi for Chronic Conditions" classes. The only classes not available for make-up are the "Comprehensive Tai Chi" classes, which are by invitation only. Please register ASAP for the session. You can also pay at Jing Ying, but we appreciate your pre-registration. Wear loose, comfortable clothing that won't restrict your movement.
This class is also open to existing students as part of their regular membership. For new students, you can print and fill out the waiver form below to bring to your first class or you can fill one out when you get to Jing Ying. If you have never tried a Jing Ying class before, you can try your first class for free. If you decide not to continue, you don't owe anything. Click here to register for your free class.

This session is also open to Jing
Ying students who have a monthly membership. If you are
interested in attending classes on a different day/time, or more
than once a week, ask us about a monthly membership. (There's no
need to register for this class if you are a monthly member).
Jing Ying members have benefits that session-based students do
not, such as discounts on specialty workshops.
