The first part of the workshop will be a discussion about the health benefits of tai chi and then you will have the opportunity to practice silk-reeling exercises and basic tai chi movements. You have the option of staying seated for all or part of the workshop (we encourage you to stay within your comfort zone). This workshop is suitable for all levels of fitness. Free.
